Mrs. Gayathri Srinivasan is a Chartered Accountant, dedicated Teacher, and esteemed Mentor. With over 25 years of experience, she has served as a Consulting Entrepreneur, specializing in taxation, budgeting, due diligence, and Corporate Strategy, catering to a clientele of over 500 clients. In addition, Mrs. Srinivasan has imparted her knowledge and expertise to nearly 2500 students in various colleges.
She holds the position of Vice President at the Teacher’s as Leaders Community (TLC), where she passionately mentors individuals striving to make a positive impact on others’ lives.
Mrs. Monika, a seasoned Art Teacher with a background in Fine Arts education, brings over a decade of experience to her role. She finds joy in guiding students through diverse aspects of Art and Craft. Currently teaching at Avishkar Learning Center, she caters to young children as well as 10th and 12th-grade students, assisting them in preparation for both competitive and board exams. We are delighted to have such an experienced educator in our midst.
Dr. Samedha has been actively practicing as a Pediatric Physiotherapist for the past 14 years. Her comprehensive services encompass physiotherapy, speech therapy, art-based therapy, and music therapy, tailored specifically for children with special needs, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges.
With a specialization in Pediatrics and Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Dr. Samedha holds qualifications in Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and Certification in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (C/NDT).
Mrs. Shobha Robin Sathri holds a B.Sc. and BA.ed degree. With 15 years of professional experience, she has dedicated herself to the field of education. Specializing in Mathematics and Science, she teaches Senior Secondary students at St. Columba School.
Mrs. Hema Karthik is an experienced and trained Senior Teacher, specializing in physics. She not only demonstrates excellence in classroom teaching but also actively engages in numerous educational and social initiatives. With over a decade of professional experience, Hema has acquired a profound understanding of effective teaching methods, strategies, and the skill to establish connections with students.

Akshata R, a triumphant homeschooler, holds a postgraduate degree in Counseling Psychology and is on the path to achieving her Ph.D. A Teach for India Alumni, Akshata’s teaching journey began in the Govandi slums, where she imparted knowledge to 45 students, gaining firsthand experience in the diverse landscape of classrooms and the intricacies of children’s individualities.
With a multifaceted role as a counselor, trainer, and educator, Akshata specializes in Social- Emotional Learning. Her expertise extends to training teachers on critical subjects such as Learning Disabilities, Classroom Management, and Remediation.
Beyond her direct educational roles, Akshata is actively involved with schools and colleges, championing mental health awareness and addressing social issues. Ameeta, with 21 years of diverse experience in both the Corporate and Education sectors, is a seasoned professional and educator. Holding a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, she embarked on her career as an HR professional, accumulating eight years of valuable experience with renowned companies such as VIP Industries, Karrox Technologies, and Technova Imaging Systems.
Transitioning into the Education sector 16 years ago, Ameeta has excelled as a & Teacher Trainer & specializing in Early Child Care and Education. Her Teacher Training Institute is affiliated with the National Development Agency under the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. Ameeta has successfully trained over 400 aspiring and on-the-job teachers.
A trailblazer in education, she is the creator of two preschool brands, & Daffodils & and & Nectar Buds, & establishing over 32 preschool chains in Navi Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra.
Beyond education, Ameeta is actively engaged with schools and colleges, advocating for mental health awareness and addressing social issues such as cybercrime, mobile addiction, gaming, and substance abuse.
